Areas are derived from aerial/satellite imagery and automated geometry. They are approximate and may be affected by image age, angle, obstructions, and tracing. The pitch is entered by the contractor — overhead imagery cannot show it — and every on-slope area is computed from it. Not a substitute for physical inspection or a certified survey. Verify before ordering materials or performing work.
